Elysium has a team of crafters whose main purpose is to pump out gear quickly and efficiently on patch days. Each crafter is compensated extraordinarily well. Crafting is also a great way to get your foot in the door to meet and play with highly skilled raiders. Here are some expectations we have of our crafters. - Must be available the moment the servers come up on Savage release
- All Crafters at 70, Miner and Botanist at 70
- An understanding of how to craft 3 star items without macros
- Full set of melded Crafting Ala Mhigan Gear
- Full set of Gathering Ala Mhigan Gear (melded to hit 3star nodes)
- MHs and OHs of your 3 specced crafts
- Able to use Teamspeak / Discord (push to talk required)
- Positive attitude and decent communication skills
